By signing this document, you waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue Campfire Tails, its staff, directors, local law enforcement, and governing bodies (collectively referred to as “The Releases”).

By registering to attend Campfire Tails, you acknowledge that your participation in Campfire Tails involves many inherent risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: changing weather, water and environmental conditions; equipment malfunctions or failure; harmful or dangerous wildlife; physiological and psychological hazards related to camping; failure to set up shelters safely or within ones own ability; negligence of other campers and negligence on the part of the releases or its staff. You freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, illness, death, property damage or loss, resulting therein.
In consideration of the releases permitting me to participate in camping and event-related activities and permitting my presence on or use of its camping areas, art displays, events, facilities and equipment parking and other facilities (herein after referred to as the Event Facilities), I hereby agree as follows:
In entering into this Agreement I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statements made by The Releases, other than what is set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Crook County in the State of Oregon, Bend Fort-Rock Ranger District #7, and the United States of America.
I have read and understood this agreement prior and I am aware that by signifying my acknowledgment of this agreement I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assignees may have against The Releases.
